We pay tribute and bid a sad, fond farewell to Stephen Cooper, co-Founder of the Bloomsbury Alexander Centre in London, Alexander teacher and musician, warm-hearted and friendly, with a long-time presence in Positive Health PH Online with whom we have had an association since the turn of the 21^st century. Stephen recently died of cancer; his obituary is published in this issue.

It seems a very long time ago now - 1989-90 - while researching for my book Vitamin C - the Master Nutrient that I came across the now well-thumbed subversive book by Robert Houston Repression and Reform in the Evaluation of Alternative Cancer Therapies. 1987. At that time, which predates my authoring of the Consensus Document Nutritional and Lifestyle Guidelines for People with Cancer, setting up the Cancer and Nutrition Database for the then Bristol Cancer Help Centre and launching Positive Health PH Online, reading that natural and alternative cancer cures had been actively and   systematically suppressed since the beginning of the 20^th Century was but a novel and troubling part of my consciousness..
